irticalen. eer·tee·jah·LEN
adverb · old-fashioned Turkish · from Arabic irtijāl
Without preparation, on the spot, as it comes to you; extemporaneously.
“He walked up without notes and spoke irticalen for half an hour.”
“İrticalen” is the Turkish word for speaking extemporaneously — saying something coherent with no time to prepare. It is the skill you need when a meeting turns to you, an interviewer asks the question you did not expect, or someone hands you a glass and says “say a few words”.
It works simply: pick a category, spin for a topic, start the timer and keep talking until it runs out. If you stall, follow the three steps on screen: What is it? An example. What do I think?
In Researched mode you first time your research, then speak. Nothing is recorded and there is no account; your settings stay in your own browser.
